PAYMENT IS DUE AT TIME OF BOOKING SERVICES

Please make payment arrangements in a timely manner.

Payment is due at first session or at drop off.

If you are paying by cash or check, please communicate this ahead of time.

There will be a 3.3% charge for all credit card payments.

TRAINING SESSIONS MUST BE SCHEDULED AT TIME OF BOOKING

If you are booking sessions, please have dates and times ready ahead of time.

NO REFUNDS

At Follow Me K9 we guarantee that we do everything in our power to give you the tools you need for you and your dog to be successful. However, we can not take responsibility for your lifestyle with your dog at home if you choose not to follow our guidelines. We also have no control over a dog's natural instincts. If you need a refresher, please attend our weekly group classes or call us to schedule a training session. Don't wait if you are having a problem to contact me. I WANT you to be successful.

RESCHEDULING

We understand life happens, but time is very valuable to us. If you need to reschedule your service, please give as much notice as possible.
If you need to reschedule more than twice in a row, or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, there will be a $50 rescheduling fee invoiced to you immediately, due within 24 hours upon receipt.

10% MILITARY AND FIRST RESPONDER DISCOUNT

We appreciate our veterans, active duty service members, first responders, and their dogs! Let us know you are military at time of booking and 10% will be automatically discounted from your invoice.

OWNERS WILL ASSUME FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR DOG

If your dog boards or board and trains with us and does damage to their kennel, the carpet, the house, etc... Owners will be asked to pay for damages. We do require that all dogs that board with us or train with us are kennel trained and potty trained. Please let us know if your dog needs special accommodations such as the kennel zip tied, a chew proof kennel, no blankets, etc...
